All equipment is designed for industrial heat transfer applications involving viscous chemical processing. Custom configurations are available upon written request and subject to engineering review.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate process parameters (fluid type, viscosity, temperature range, pressure limits) at the time of order. Any modification to the intended use after delivery voids the warranty. The buyer must ensure that installation, operation, and maintenance comply with all applicable local safety regulations and ASME guidelines.

Dimplecolors.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the equipment, including but not limited to production downtime, loss of product, or chemical spills. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, chemical corrosion beyond design specifications, or unauthorized modifications. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to cure within 15 days. Upon termination, the buyer must pay for all products delivered and services rendered up to the effective date. Sections on limitation of liability and warranty survive termination.
